Complete Mood Board & Design Proposal
Full property overview showing both existing driveways, house footprints, fire pit zone, planters, storage sheds, viburnum hedging, and all proposed landscape interventions.
Raised curb plantation pit at the front entry — inspired by modern Australian residential fronts. New pathway alignment and landscape design as per reference photo.
New design for tree pit at the back of the main entrance — combining a structured planting bed with berry bushes and colorful ground-cover flowering plants.
Storage outshed, green pavers area, raised planter with 6" curb, and redesigned shed extended for increased storage capacity — dishes and washer storage with planter top.
Three flooring material options: concrete steppers set in artificial turf, diagonal cream pavers with dark grout, and large-format charcoal slate tiles.
Either create a retaining wall filled with soil, or place a 12" curb and mason it together for height. Vertical hanging planters for herbs and flowers also proposed.
Barbeque corner with optional pergola, berry shrubs flanking the entry, and a circular stone feature planting bed — inspired by lush cottage-front aesthetics.
Circular fire pit with seating for 6–8, surrounded by raised planters. Cascading vertical plants on walls to hide pale white surfaces and add greenery depth.
Three tree pit styles: sculpted concrete surrounds, organic grass-flush pits, and circular timber-deck seating rings. Plan view shown alongside reference photos.
This zone is prone to moisture and patchy grass. Recommending full paving to prevent algae and moss buildup — styled with stepping stones, gravel, and surrounding greenery.
Concrete masonry outdoor kitchen with Big Green Egg-style grill, integrated shelving, firewood storage, and optional sink — for both casual and entertainer-grade setups.
A hammock swing structure adds aesthetic appeal and a key selling point at minimal cost. Under-step LED pathway lighting creates a distinctive visual effect at night.
